Gas Safety Certificates

Since legislation was introduced in 1996 it has become compulsory for any landlord who rents all, or part of, a property must have all gas appliances and pipework checked by a registered gas engineer. A certificate must be held and renewed every 12months.

Our engineers are happy to undertake gas safety certification on all types of property and on all types of gas appliances and heating systems.

The service is not exclusively for landlords and we can provide this for private homeowners who want peace of mind in knowing that their gas appliances and installation are safe.
